Applying for one of our rental properties is simple and accessible through our interactive online application system. Once you’ve been pre-approved, we’ll invite you to a personal 1-on-1 viewing so you can inspect the property before moving forward. Transparency is important to us – we provide full disclosure of all relevant details upfront.
We conduct routine inspections every 16 weeks to ensure your home remains in great condition. With your consent, we take photos for documentation, and we’ll always communicate any findings with you clearly and respectfully. Our team uses these inspections not only to check for maintenance issues, but also to check in with you and discuss any future plans or concerns.
Repairs are handled through our interactive online maintenance portal, making it easy for you to report issues at any time. We’re backed by a dedicated in-house maintenance team with over 30 years of combined experience, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
We also ensure water usage charges are managed in line with legislation, keeping everything clear and compliant.
